Depending on what time of day we receive your order, we will try our best to post it out the same day, if not then the following business day. We use Royal Mail, First Class postage.
For delivery outwith the UK please send us a message at [email protected] detailing the delivery address and we will calculate shipping.
We thank you for taking the time to purchase at Forever In A Bear. We know people love our bears as much as we do, but if for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 7 days to return your bear from the date you received it.
As we are a small family business, we kindly ask that to be eligible for a return, your lovely bear must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your bear needs to have proof of purchase.
Of course we want you to love your bear and everything that comes with it, but if you need to return it then please contact us at [email protected].
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your bear. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are confident that most people will absolutely love their bear and will never want to send it back. However, if for some reason you do, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and issues:
All of our bears and the items are checked and packed carefully by hand before being sent out to their new forever homes.
Please inspect your beautiful bear and all the parts upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective or damaged, so that we can rectify the issue.
